Depart from Kampala at 6:00 AM and drive west to Fort Portal, a scenic town surrounded by hills, crater lakes, and tea plantations. Have lunch in town before visiting the Amabere Caves, known for their unique limestone formations and local legends. If time permits, explore the nearby Crater Lakes, which provide a serene natural environment. In the afternoon, transfer to Semuliki National Park, a lowland tropical rainforest rich in biodiversity, including over 400 bird species, monkeys, and other wildlife. The park also features natural hot springs with mineral-rich water. Dinner and overnight stay are at a lodge in or near the park.

After breakfast, visit Sempaya Hot Springs, where naturally hot, mineral-rich water rises from underground, creating steaming pools in a unique natural setting. Continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and diverse wildlife. Stop at the Equator in Kikorongo for photos and demonstrations, then have lunch nearby. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on Kazinga Channel, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species along the waterway. Transfer to Katwe for dinner and overnight, with optional evening entertainment in town.

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. This is the best time to observe wildlife actively moving in their natural habitat, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. After the game drive, there is an optional visit to Jobi Adventures, where you can enjoy zip-lining through the forest canopy, space cycling across suspended platforms, or simply relax and enjoy the scenic views. These activities provide a thrilling experience for adventure enthusiasts but are entirely optional. Afterward, have lunch and begin the drive back to Kampala, completing a 3-day journey through Uganda’s rich wildlife, natural landscapes, and cultural landmarks.
