Schedule Details
Day 1 Arrive In Uganda | Rhino Tracking At Ziwa | Travel To Murchison Falls NP | Top Of Falls | Game Drive
You will be picked up from your hotel or Entebbe International Airport by your professional driver-guide, who will warmly welcome you and brief you about the tour before beginning the journey. You will then transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.
En route, you will make a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting rhino tracking experience.
After rhino tracking, the drive continues to Murchison Falls National Park. Your first activity in the park will be a visit to the top of the falls, offering breathtaking views of the world’s most powerful waterfall. Later, you will enjoy a short evening game drive.
Day 2 Morning Game Drive | Birding | Boat Ride | Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, you will leave for a morning game drive, which will offer excellent birdwatching opportunities and breathtaking sightseeing across the open savannah, dotted woodlands, and riverine vegetation of the Nile River and Albert delta.
Following the morning game drive, you’ll return to the lodge for lunch and then head out for a cruise on the Nile. We’ll journey upstream by boat to the serene Victoria Nile and the base of the falls. You’ll marvel at the impressive hippos and crocodiles. During the 17-kilometer stretch, you may also encounter elephants, waterbucks, and Uganda kobs.
After the boat cruise, embark on an evening game drive.
Day 3 Transfer To Kibale National Park | Visit Bigodi Wetland And Community
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kibale National Park, driving southwest through the Albertine Escarpment of the western Great Rift Valley. Drive through Hoima and the Kyejonjo district en route to the colorful and beautiful town of Fort Portal. Fort Portal is capital of the Tooro kingdom and is situated in the shadow of the fabled "Mountains of the Moon," the Rwenzori.
On arrival, you will go to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.
It is a fascinating area located in the Magombe swamp. This area is recognized for an extensive array of biodiversity among which are several primate species like the red Colobus monkey, baboon, black and white Colobus monkey, blue monkey grey cheeked, mangabey, vervet monkey, red-tailed monkey, and the L’Hoest monkey. Additional mammals include sitatunga, mongooses, bush pigs, otters plus bushbucks.
Day 4 Chimpanzee Trekking | Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park | Boat Ride | Evening Game Drive
After an early morning breakfast, you will depart with your tracking gear for chimpanzee tracking. Our journey will start early and takes about two to three hours, depending on the location of the chimps.
After the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This is a huge park where wildlife and people coexist in harmony.
Once you check in at your lodge, you will go on a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake George. You will see squacco herons, pied kingfishers, large numbers of buffalo and hippo, basking crocodiles, and many different bird species and large mammals.
After the boat ride, you will go for an evening game drive in in the park with the aim of catching lions hunting. Lions usually hunt when temperatures are cooler.
Day 5 Transfer To Ishasha Sector | Game Drive | Travel To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park | Batwa Visit
After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the Ishasha sector in search of the tree climbing lions on the Kasenyi Plains. When you arrive in Ishasha, which is located in the southern area of the park, you will first try to spot the lions in one of the huge trees.
After the game drive in Ishasha, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home of the famous mountain gorillas.
Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge for lunch and then pay a visit to the local Batwa community to learn more about their culture.
Day 6 Gorilla Trekking | Transfer To Lake Bunyonyi | Optional Activities | Relaxing
After breakfast, you’ll depart with packed lunches in hand for the park headquarters alongside your guide. Here, you will receive a briefing about the do’s and don’ts of gorilla trekking.
Your gorilla trekking adventure will take you through the misty rainforest. The trek can last between 2-6 hours, depending on the location of the gentle giants. Be sure to carry sturdy shoes, non-flash cameras, rain jackets, and enough water.
After this long and exciting adventure, return to the lodge to freshen up. You will then be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi, a picturesque site characterized by the 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water. Lake Bunyonyi is surrounded by lush, green-terraced hills that reach heights of 2,200 to 2,478 meters, making it the second deepest lake in Africa.
In the evening, you can enjoy activities such as zip lining and/or ninja warrior challenges.
Day 7 Last Day In Uganda | Equator Stopover | Transfer To The Airport | Fly To Kenya | Hotel Transfer
After breakfast, you will begin your journey back to Entebbe. En route, you will stop at the equator in Masaka to see where this imaginary line divides our planet into two equal hemispheres. Here, you can enjoy lunch, take photographs, and purchase snacks and souvenirs.
After lunch, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your flight to Kenya. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our guides, who will then transfer you to the hotel in Nairobi.
Day 8 Travel To Lake Naivasha | Boat Ride
Early in the morning, you will have breakfast and then depart for Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha National Park, you will check in at your lodge before heading out on an evening boat ride.

Day 9 Travel To Hell's Gate National Park For Biking | Transfer To Lake Nakuru National Park | Game Drive
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Hell's Gate National Park for a two-hour bike ride. Following the bike ride, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving at your hotel in time for lunch in the afternoon. After lunch, you will embark on an evening game drive.
Lake Nakuru National Park is renowned for its flamingos and the over 400 species of birds found here. This soda lake on the floor of the Rift Valley is a spectacular sight, with millions of flamingos oftentimes giving the lake a pinkish appearance from a distance.
Day 10 Morning Game Drive | Transfer To Masai Mara National Reserve | Maasai Visit | Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, set out for an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The lake is famous for attracting millions of flamingos to its alkaline shores. These flamingos feed on the abundant algae in the warm, shallow waters and create a stunning fuchsia-pink mirage.
Following the morning drive, you’ll depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, which boasts a variety and abundance of wildlife. You will pass through the floor of the Rift Valley en route and arrive in the at the reserve in the evening.
On arrival at the park, you will check in and visit the local Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour. You will learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people.
You will then go for an evening game drive where you will see, lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, Masai giraffes, common zebras, impala, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelles, topi, hartebeest, spotted hyenas, and more.
Day 11 Optional Hot Air Balloon Safari At 485 USD Per Person | Full Day Game Drive
After breakfast, you'll head out for a morning game drive with a packed lunch. You will spend half a day in search of its well-known predators and their opponents like the zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, and other animal species.
Optional Activity at a Fee: A balloon safari at USD 485 per person can be organized early in the in the morning on this day, then proceed with the normal program.
Day 12 The Last Day With Us | Travel To Nairobi | Transfer To The Airport | Fly Back Home
After having a delightful breakfast, you will be driven back to Nairobi where you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to board your flight back home.
Much as we'd like your tour with us to last forever, sadly, today marks the end of your safari. Having shared so many wonderful experiences, it's time to say goodbye and look back together on an amazing safari.
